Cranford Jaycees' Golf Outing

The 18th Annual Cranford Jaycees' Golf Outing is our annual year-end event that brings together Jaycee members and guests to enjoy a day of non-competitive golf. Proceeds will support the Jaycees' Mental Health Committee and help fund our annual pledge to the Cranford Athletic Turf Fund. Sponsored by MWT Builders.

Date/Time: Friday June 21, 2024 with a noon check-in and 1:00 pm shotgun start
Location: Galloping Hill Golf Club, Kenilworth, NJ
Tickets: $175/golfer including range balls, cart, entry for door prizes, on-course drinks, and a post-round dinner. Tickets go on sale late-April.

45th Annual Firecracker 4 Miler and Fun Run

Registration is now open for the 45th running of the Cranford Jaycees Firecracker 4-Miler! This great holiday tradition takes place on July 4th, 2024 on a fast, flat, USATF certified, scenic course with tree-lined streets and bike trails beginning at Nomahegan Park in Cranford.

Races include the traditional 4 miler course (8:30 am), the 1 mile family fun run (8:00 am), and a Virtual Run option. The 4 mile race features mile splits, water stops, and chip timing.

Technical race shirts and souvenir race pint glasses are included in the registration price.

After the race, enjoy refreshments, music, popcorn, ice pops, and face painting while listening to our DJ and watching the prize ceremony. Be part of one of Cranford's great Independence Day traditions, and start your 4th off with a bang!

About the Jaycees

For more than 50 years the Cranford Jaycees have combined networking, community activity, individual development, and training while making friends for life.

Members participate in volunteer community events, establish rewarding friendships and professional contacts, and experience the gratification of servicing humanity.

Throughout the year, the Cranford Jaycees hold many events to raise funds that go towards the Jaycees scholarship programs and other local causes. Additionally, the Jaycees are frequently called upon to assist with manpower to help run events in town.
